The Kansas City Metropolitan Crime Commission is a non-profit citizen’s organization that benefits everyone in the metropolitan area, not just Kansas City. Our Board of Directors consists of volunteer business and civic leaders from the Kansas City metropolitan area with a common goal of fighting crime. Without the dedication of our board members and financial support from the community our programs would not exist.
The Crime Commission is the parent organization for four vital programs: Crime Stoppers TIPS Hotline, Surviving Spouse and Family Endowment Fund (SAFE), Second Chance, and Metropolitan Community Service Program (MCSP).
Each program plays a major role in making the Kansas City metropolitan area a safer, more secure place to live, do business, and visit by supporting law-enforcement and justice agencies and their causes.
What are you doing to fight crime in Kansas City? What are you doing to ensure your children and loved ones are safe? If you can’t answer these questions, you’ve come to the right place. The Kansas City Metropolitan Crime Commission allows you the opportunity to fight crime every single day by supporting our programs.
